Reservations and Cancellations:

  1. A 5.5% sales tax and 5.5% room tax will be added to all reservations.

  2. All rates are subject to change without notice.

  3. All rooms are non-smoking.

  4. Sorry, we do not accommodate pets on the property

  5. Check in is 12:00 Noon - check out is 10:00 AM.

  6. Minimum stay requirements: There is no minimum stay requirements during the week.  For weekends, there is a 2 night minimum for certain weekends.

  7. Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes to your reservation require a 7-day notice.  If the reservation is cancelled within less than a 7-day notice, a one night stay will be charged to your account.

  8. If the reservation is shortened after check in, the deposit will be forfeited.

  9. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

  10. We do have special rates for the working crews or contractors.  Please call to discuss the rates.

  11. All wedding groups are required to give a 2-week notice for cancellations.
